IofC Trustbuilding Program Workshop at Geneva Peace Week
The 2024 Geneva Peace Week is guided by one overarching question: What is peace?
For Initiatives of Change's Trustbuilding Program (TBP), peace is predicated on unity through trust, on bridging divides across groups of people.
On 17 October, you can join IofC in person in Geneva or online as we share trustbuilding strategies, tools and success stories as part of the Geneva Peace Week workshop series. Selected out of 120 applications, IofC will host this 90-minute workshop in partnership with the Institute for Community-Based Sociotherapy. Beyond sharing insights and best practices, the session will also engage attendees in a reflective exercise, Q&A opportunities and audience discussion on their trustbuilding strategies.
Speakers for the workshop will include:
- Talia Smith - Trustbuilding Program Manager, Initiatives of Change International (IofCI)
- Leonid Donos - Trustbuilding Program Ukraine Project Coordinator, Foundations for Freedom
- Diogene Karangwa - Rwanda General Lead, Institute for Community-Based Sociotherapy (ICBS)
