The Opening Ceremony features keynote speakers, interactive sessions, exhibitions, the inauguration of the Caux Peace Park and a jazz concert in partnership with the Montreux Jazz Artists Foundation. It marks the start of the Caux Democracy Forum and will gather global changemakers for a dynamic afternoon of dialogue and cultural exchange focused on revitalizing democracy through values like integrity, trust and courage.
The Caux Democracy Forum 2025 brings together leaders, civil society actors and changemakers to strengthen democracy and civic engagement in an era of rising polarization and disinformation. Rooted in core democratic values, the Forum offers a transformative experience through dialogue, reflection and collaborative action to foster inclusive, resilient societies.
The Caux Inner Development Goals Forum 2025 is a five-day immersive gathering , bringing together global changemakers to cultivate inner growth, resilience and collaborative leadership in response to today’s complex global challenges. Through interactive workshops, deep reflection and a transformative programme grounded in the IDG framework, U-theory and indigenous wisdom, participants will co-create sustainable solutions.
Reimagining Democracy(ies) is a 7-day immersive leadership programme for 28 young changemakers (ages 18–35) to explore democracy not just as a system, but as a story we all have the power to shape. Held alongside the Caux Democracy Forum, the programme blends personal reflection, creative expression and political imagination to help young leaders reclaim narrative power and lead with empathy, integrity and purpose.
The Caux Forum Summer Programme for Young Changemakers invites teens (ages 13–18) to join a vibrant, international community at the Caux Palace in Switzerland, where they’ll explore what it means to lead with purpose and values. Through hands-on workshops, creative expression and outdoor adventures, participants will connect with peers and mentors to reimagine democracy, develop leadership skills and take meaningful action in their communities.
