Bandung Peace Week 2026
Healing Communities, Rebuilding Trust:
From Wounds to Wisdom
14–19 September 2026 | Online & Offline
Bandung Peace Week (BPW) is an annual gathering organized by Initiatives of Change (IofC) Indonesia every September to commemorate the International Day of Peace on 21 September.
Inspired by the legacy of the 1955 Asia-Africa Conference, BPW brings together people from diverse backgrounds to listen, share stories, build trust, and explore our contributions toward a more peaceful world.
This year’s theme, “Healing Communities, Rebuilding Trust: From Wounds to Wisdom,” invites us to reflect on the unspoken stories, wounds, and experiences we carry — and how bringing them into conversation can open pathways toward healing, understanding and trust.
