An Anti-Bullying Theater Performance in Egypt 🎭
Healthy friendships and respect for differences are stronger than bullying.
We are proud to share the success of "Greeny", an experimental theater performance staged in Wadi El-Natrun, Egypt, addressing bullying among youth and students with a special focus on individuals with autism.
People with autism are normal in a different way, not less, and deserve inclusion, support, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
The event was organized as part of a collaboration between the IofC Arab Region Coordination Group and the Wadi El-Natrun School/Administration and the Ability Center for Studies and Training in Egypt, under the supervision of the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, Ministry of Culture, Egypt.
The performance combining drama with direct awareness messages was delivered by the “Men Kol Heta Foun” Youth Troupe.
Let’s keep using arts and education to build more inclusive communities. 💚
