BUILDING TRUST ACROSS THE WORLD'S DIVIDES
The International Council is the governing body of IofC and provides the overall leadership in line with the goals of Initiatives of Change International and the decisions of the annual Global Assembly. The Council is made up of nine to eleven members including the President.
The Operations Committee (OpCom), has an oversight role for IofC International's management and executive activities. It plays an important liaison role between the IC governance and operational management levels. Currently it consists of four members responsible for these management areas:
- Operational Oversight
- Financial Services
- Communications Oversight
- IT Services & Data
The Management Team consists of staff and volunteers who are engaged by IofC International to oversee daily activities in areas of Communications and Marketing, Events, Partnerships, Fundraising, Knowledge Management, Programme and executive operational support.
The Regional Coordination Groups are teams who facilitate and support local, national and regional initiatives and cooperation in:
